Tool sets consists of insert cutter heads mounted to an Arbor (HSK63F, HSK63E, ISO30 or SK30). Because of weight restrictions, the cutter heads mounted to the specific arbors are typically manufactured from high strength aluminum. Tool sets are designed to accept standard inserts where possible, which keeps your tooling cost lower. Inserts can be changed quickly and the consistent profile ensures accuracy without adjustments due to the metric torx screws securing the inserts to the tool body. Depending on the material being machined, specific carbide grades are supplied to achieve optimum performance in terms of finish quality and tool life.
