The Novitec Cutter features high machining speed capability. The benefit of this cutter is the ability to choose which shear angle of the replaceable insert knives. Depending on machining requirements and material the user can choose to use Up, Down, or Straight shearing inserts. replacement quantities typically are 9 or 12 pieces of shearing inserts and a single plunge insert. For certain 24mm tool diameter configurations the tool can require 9, 12, 15 or 18 pieces. When choosing replacement inserts be sure to reference the tool diameter to correctly identify the right inserts for your tool. This can be found under the Z/Tips column on the Novitec Page.
