Our Warranty

We stand behind every product we sell. GDP Tooling provides an industry-leading warranty covering defects in workmanship, materials, and performance. Our tooling is guaranteed to meet published specifications and perform as intended when used in proper applications.

This warranty does not apply to tools subjected to misuse, improper application, incorrect setup, abnormal operating conditions, or damage caused by third-party actions. If an issue arises, our technical team will work with you to evaluate the application and determine the best path forward — because long-term performance and trust matter to us.

Shipping Procedures

Orders are shipped complete via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified at the time of order. Expedited or alternative shipping methods are available upon request.

Price Match Promise

We are committed to delivering exceptional value – not just on quality, but on price. If you receive a written, comparable quote for the same product, configuration, and quantity from an authorized supplier, we will work with you to match the price whenever possible.

Price matching applies to current, verifiable offers on identical tooling and does not include closeouts, liquidation sales, special promotions, or pricing that reflects differences in service, warranty coverage, lead time, or technical support. Our goal is not to be the cheapest – it’s to deliver the best total value in performance, reliability, and long-term cost per part.

Returns & Merchandise Policy

• Returns require advance approval and an issued RMA number

• Refunds are credited to your GDP account upon receipt and inspection of returned items

• Processing time is approximately 7 business days from receipt

• Stock items are subject to a 15% restocking fee

• Non-stock items are subject to a 25% restocking fee

• Custom tooling and discontinued items are non-returnable

• No merchandise may be returned after 6 months from the date of purchase

• Used merchandise cannot be returned

• All return shipping charges must be prepaid

When issues arise, we evaluate situations case-by-case and make reasonable exceptions whenever possible — provided no additional cost is incurred.
