Series 4534
Application: Mitre Joint Cutter for use on hard- and softwood either with- or cross grain of the wood fiber. Also suitable for use on all wood composite products to produce corner joints for wood 14 to 34mm thick.
Machine: For single spindle moulders, shapers etc.
Technical Information: Cutter body is steel construction, with replaceable, solid carbide insert profile knives which guarantees constant diameter and profile accuracy when replacing inserts after tool is dull. Tool design makes it suitable for both automatic and manual feed. Standard tool diameter is 180mm. Recommended rpm: 4300-7500.
