GUHDO USA Inc. Rebrands as GDP|GUHDO

GUHDO USA Inc. has been a leading importer of precision industrial tooling in the North American market for 35 years and now rebrands as GDP | GUHDO. Starting in 2015, the name change is accompanied by the launch of an easy-to-navigate, state-of-the-art new website and diversified industrial focus.  GUHDO USA was founded in 1986 in partnership with the owners of GUHDO Werk GmbH in Germany. Since 2005, GUHDO USA no longer has an ownership-affiliation with GUHDO in Germany, and therefore the name change is to properly reflect a delineation between the companies. GUHDO GmbH in Germany retains the worldwide GUHDO protected trademark and the US company continues to be the exclusive licensee of the GUHDO brand in North America. GDP|GUHDO will continue to use the GUHDO brand name on every product sold in its comprehensive tooling program that originates in the GUHDO factory in Germany. As GUHDO USA Inc. rebrands, all products not sourced with GUHDO Germany will be known as GDP Industrial Tooling in the future. GDP – German Designed Precision, will continue to provide high-quality state-of-the-art tooling solutions to the woodworking, composites and plastics industries with the same quality and consistency our loyal customers have come to expect and appreciate. GUHDO Germany has been a world-renowned manufacturer of precision circular saw blades and machine knives since 1908 and has a rich history in producing top of the line saw blades for industrial applications.

The new website will make ordering tooling convenient, allowing the customer to keep track of past orders as well as overall tool spending.   Additionally, the website is mobile and tablet friendly, allowing customers to instantly consult directly with GDP|GUHDO technical staff from a mobile device. GDP | GUHDO maintains a state-of-the-art service center in Marietta GA where custom carbide insert knives are manufactured and a full service facility is maintained for polycrystalline diamond tools. We service PCD circular saw blades, router bits, hogging heads, profile tooling and other PCD tools. We also service all PCD tools manufactured by Competitors.
