8 HSK-F 63 Precision Tool Holders
German-made precision HSK-F 63 tool holders supplied with ball-bearing collet nuts for smooth, consistent clamping. Choose the collet system appropriate for your CNC and tooling requirements:
- ER32
- ER40
- RDO35 / SYOZ 25
8 Precision Collets
Choose the collet style and individual sizes you need to match your cutting-tool shank diameters. Collets are available in ER32, ER40 and RDO35/SYOZ 25 configurations.
14 Solid Carbide Spiral Router Bits
Select the diameters and tooling configurations that best match your production requirements:
- 4 Downcut Spiral Bits — your choice of standard diameters up to 1/2″
- 10 Compression Spiral Bits — your choice of standard diameters up to 1/2″
Compression tooling can be selected in the appropriate carbide grade for machining wood, plywood, composites, MDF, particleboard, melamine and other panel materials. Chipbreaker-style compression tools are also available for appropriate plywood applications.
10 TCT Drill & Boring Bits
Choose 10 standard-diameter, 70 mm overall-length TCT boring tools in the sizes required for your production. Available configurations include:
- Brad-point boring bits
- Through-hole boring bits
- Hinge boring bits
Spoilboard / Surfacing Cutter Mounted in an HSK-F 63 Heat Shrink Tool Holder
The package includes a spoilboard surfacing cutter professionally mounted in an HSK-F 63 heat shrink tool holder, providing a rigid, accurate toolholding connection.
A box of replacement insert knives for the spoilboard cutter is also included.
Tool Setup Fixture
Proper tool assembly is an important part of maintaining accurate, safe and repeatable CNC machining. The included setup fixture securely holds the HSK tool holder during collet and cutting-tool installation and can be mounted to a workbench or table.
Torque Wrench & Collet Key
Correct collet-nut torque is critical for proper tool clamping. The package includes a torque wrench and matching collet key appropriate for the selected collet system.
