GDP Tooling has developed several tools that perform very well in machining Swisspearl® and other cement fiber board products.
Series 6
This tool has 3 diamond tips that are brazed to a solid carbide body and have aggressive down shear angle. When machining dense and abrasive materials you want to keep the cutting diameter as minimal as possible to avoid excessive heat and tool wear.
Series 6815
These tools have two alternate shear long diamond cutting edges. One upcut and one downcut flute that optimizes your cut quality on extremely abrasive cement fiber products. This tool works extremely well on pre-finished cement or fiber products as well and ensures a long tool life to go with it.
