The 45 degree bevel router bit Series 4322 provides an economical and precise solution for producing consistent 45° bevels and chamfered edges on CNC routers. Designed for machining solid wood and wood-based panels, the cutter uses two reversible solid carbide insert knives for clean cutting performance and low ongoing tooling costs.
Unlike conventional brazed or solid carbide tooling that must be resharpened, the replaceable insert design allows worn cutting edges to be quickly renewed while maintaining the original cutting angle and tool dimensions. Standard 40 x 12 x 1.5 mm carbide inserts make replacement simple and economical.
The rigid cutter body and two-knife design make Series 4322 well suited for repetitive beveling and edge-chamfering operations in cabinet, furniture, millwork and other CNC woodworking applications.
For maximum accuracy and tool life, we recommend using this cutter with a high-precision heat shrink tool holder on machines equipped with an HSK-F 63 interface.

Both terms describe an angled edge machined between two surfaces. A chamfer generally refers to a relatively narrow angled edge, while a bevel may extend farther across the workpiece. Series 4322 can be used for either type of 45° edge-machining operation.
The cutter uses two reversible 40 x 12 x 1.5 mm solid carbide insert knives. The inserts can be reversed when the first cutting edge becomes worn.
Replaceable carbide inserts eliminate the need to resharpen the complete cutter. Replacing or reversing the inserts restores a sharp cutting edge while maintaining the cutter’s original diameter and 45° cutting geometry.
