This solid carbide down cut finishing tool is a popular choice for most routing applications. The down shear geometry provides a clean finish on the top surface finish, such as laminate, HPL, painted etc. Great for rebates, grooves and general parting cuts in solid wood and composite panels. When grooving or rebating, use the shortest available cut length to avoid deflection or breakage.
