2-flute solid carbide downcut router bit designed for clean top edge finish in wood, MDF, and particle board. The down shear geometry produces a smooth top surface, making it ideal for laminates, HPL, painted panels, and visible-edge components. Well suited for rebates, grooves, and general parting cuts in CNC routing applications. For melamine, refer to our special grade downcut tooling.
