Chipbreaker Upcut Router Bit

$74.00$374.00

As the name implies, a chipbreaker bit is designed to better reduce chip size, particularly when machining plywood, OSB and similarly structured materials to facilitate easy chip flow out of the cut and into the dust evacuation vents. Provides clean cut on the bottom surface. If top surface quality is critical, a downcut chipbreaker is a better option. Tools are RH rotation. Counterclockwise rotation and custom sizes are available on request.

Typical Machining Range:
16,000-18,000 RPM
400-600″/min. (2-Flute)
600-1200″/min. (3-Flute)
