Insert Roughing Bit With Replaceable Solid Carbide Tips

The Novitec Cutter features high machining speed capability. The benefit of this cutter is the ability to choose which shear angle of the replaceable insert knives. Depending on machining requirements and material the user can choose to use Up, Down, or Straight shearing inserts. replacement quantities typically are 9 or 12 pieces of shearing inserts and a single plunge insert. For certain 24mm tool diameter configurations the tool can require 9, 12, 15 or 18 pieces.
