Solid Carbide 3-Flute Finishing Cutter with special tool geometry for best surface finish.  A polished flute as well as polished clearance angles insure excellent chip removal and an exceptionally good finish.  RH Rotation.

This tool is designed to achieve a glass-like finish on Thermoplastics such as PMMA (Acrylic glass), PC (Polycarbonate), PE (Polyethylene), PP (Polypropylene), PS (Polystyrene) ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), and PVC (Polyvinylchloride).

Near glass-clear finish can be achieved by following the recommended 2 pass machining parameters, below:

Solid carbide 3-flute finishing router bit featuring special tool geometry designed to produce superior surface finish in thermoplastics. Polished flutes and polished clearance angles ensure excellent chip removal while delivering an exceptionally smooth, high-quality finish.

Engineered for machining thermoplastics where clarity and edge finish are critical, this tool is capable of producing a glass-like surface finish in materials such as acrylic and polycarbonate when proper machining parameters are followed.
