Hardened, ground and precision balanced, this tool holder accepts ER16 collets (available up to 10mm diameter) and is designed for use with Weeke BHX machines that have a hydro clamping system. It has also found popularity for clamping extremely small diameter drills to use on CNC machines (using a 25mm collet or heat shrink tool holder). ER16 collets are available as small as 1/32″ diameter and therefore often the only option to use very small diameter tools in a CNC routing or drilling operation.
