Adjustable Edge Chamfering Cutter For Variable Height Machining

Application:  Adjustable jointing, chamfering and round over cutter head for soft and hardwood, cutting with and cross grain.  The tool body is high quality steel with top and bottom optional chamfering (7mm x 45 degree) or radius round-over inserts available R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R8 and R10mm.   Excellent option for versatility in edge machining.

Technical Information:  Standard tool options are 100mm diameter (2-wing) x 30 or 50mm center cut length, or 125mm diameter (4-wing) x 30 or 50mm center cut length.  Insert knives are reversible for very economical machining cost.  The tool height can be adjusted for varying material thickness by use of spacers.  (sold separately).
Adjustment Ranges:  R2-R6 = 14-53mm or R8-R10 = 21-64mm (depending on center cutter length option chosen). For more information, price and availability, please contact us.
