Carbide-Tipped Saw Blade Sharpening

Our carbide saw blade service includes precision face, top and side grinding as required to restore proper tooth geometry and cutting performance. Correct grinding of these critical surfaces helps produce cleaner cuts, improved accuracy and consistent performance after sharpening.

Blades are carefully inspected and professionally serviced using precision grinding equipment to help return them to optimal cutting condition.

Solid Carbide Router Bit Sharpening

We also provide professional sharpening for solid carbide spiral and compression router bits used in CNC routing and other demanding machining applications.

Because sharpening removes material and changes the cutting diameter, serviced solid carbide tools are returned with the new actual tool diameter clearly labeled. This allows CNC operators to enter the correct diameter into their tool management or machine control system and maintain machining accuracy after sharpening.
