This Oscillating Sanding Head is a great option to sand flat panel cabinet and furniture parts, as well as many other wood projects on CNC routers and machining centers. It’s a much lower cost alternative to a floating  head aggregate unit which boasts a price tag in the $10k range.  This high quality oscillating sander is offered in 3 diameters 150mm(5.9″), 125mm(4.92″) and 75mm(2.95″)  and uses a sturdy Velcro system to securely attach the sanding discs to the unit.  Engineered and manufactured in Germany, this product was just introduced into our extensive product program in 2020.   To reduce the enormous amount of time needed for manual sanding operations,  any sanding task will be completed in record time if performed on the CNC.  If the machine has an HSK interface, for best possible performance this Oscillating Sanding Head should be mounted on an HSK Heat shrink tool holder.  Otherwise, all that is needed is a standard HSK tool holder and corresponding 16mm precision collet. We mount the sanding tool to the heat shrink tool holder free of charge if the two items are ordered together!  Works best at an rpm of 8,000 and accepts standard sanding pads.  Please contact us for more information, have specific questions or wish to request a quotation.
