Series 4339
This helical planing cutter is ideal for trimming, jointing, rebating, hogging and copying operations on solid wood and composite materials, perfect for 5-axis machining operations. With an 80mm diameter and 80mm cut length, or 100mm diameter x 100mm cut length, the insert knives are 4-sided and yield 4 run cycles. Inserts have a special grind to provide excellent finish. The bottom of the cutter has 2 reversible spur knives that cut clean corners and rebate cuts. Cutter cuts flush on the bottom and is mounted on a HSK-F 63 arbor adapter, sold as one unit. Custom Sizes also available as special order.
