TONGUE & GROOVE CUTTERS

Application:  Tongue and Groove insert cutter sets for flooring applications in both hard and soft woods.  Can also be used on other wood composite materials.   5 standard profiles to choose from (see gallery image) can accommodate flooring profiles from 12 to 34mm thickness, but we also custom-make per specific customer profile and machining needs.  These multi-piece cutter sets can be ordered assembled on a sleeve to insure proper placement and ready to put on machine.  (sleeve image shown in gallery on the left).

Technical Information:  Cutter sets are designed with steel body, featuring reversible tungsten carbide insert knives which insures constant cutting diameter and profile accuracy with every new tool setup.   Tools can be supplied individually or mounted on a sleeve.  For use on shapers, moulders and tenoners.

These tools can also be supplied in polycrystalline diamond (PCD) tipped version.
