Insert Fingerjoint Router Bit for CNC Machining

Producing fingerjoint cuts on a CNC machine is achieved with insert tooling that is cost effective and highly accurate.  Tools are available in either fixed or adjustable width fingerjoint profiles, depending on customer need.  The carbide insert knives are simply replaced when dull, eliminating any sharpening cost, distortion of profiles or sloppy fit!  Below are some standard profile examples, and custom dimensions are available on request.
