We offer high-speed steel (HSS) 2-flute and 4-flute mortise bits for slot cutting and a replaceable carbide insert version for deep pockets. Our insert mortise tools are ideal for high-volume production.  Mortise machines differ in shank and tool length, so not all sizes are stocked. Need a custom size?
