As an extension of our Customize-It profile insert system, we offer a standard Glue Joint insert profile cutter for glue joint operations. Available in a precision balanced tool body with ¾” or 25 mm shank, this 2-wing profile insert router bit is designed to produce architectural style glue joints in soft and hard woods.  For longest tool life and best finish, we advise this tool be paired with an HSK heat shrink tool holder for machines with HSK tool interface. This provides highest possible accuracy with a maximum .003mm concentricity runout.

Depending on the material thickness and the desired fingerjoint style, five standard profiles are offered. This tool is ideal for architectural moulding and door and window companies where finger joints are required for producing arched or curved profiles.
