Whether our own brand or another manufacturer’s cutting tools, our state of the art service center offers precision sharpening of diamond and carbide saw blades, diamond hoggers and scoring saw, solid carbide router bits, premill cutters and other PCD (polycrystalline diamond) and carbide tooling. Maintaining cutting angles to ensure the continued performance of all your cutting tools is an important aspect of proper service. Turnaround time is generally one week in-house, although a faster turnaround is possible if required. Our priority is keeping our customers up and running!

All PCD tooling is serviced on top-of-the-line, engineered and manufactured in Germany Vollmer QMeco PCD Grinding Machines which ensures constant dimension, accuracy and finish.
