HSK-F 63 Heat Shrink Tool Holder
Long Reach CNC Heat Shrink Tool Holder

HSK-F 63 HEAT SHRINKS

$319.15$487.50

High-precision HSK tool holder with thermal shrinking technology for shank tolerance as per norm EN 847-2. Finely balanced up to 30 000 R.P.M. Short and slim design.

Application:
For high precision clamping of tool shanks made of solid carbide or steel. Provides extremely high clamping power and runout accuracy of 0.003 mm (0.0001”) which is achieved by highest precision machining and the elimination of compounded tolerances resulting from use of standard tool holders, collet and collet nut which are inherently unavoidable.  Perfect tool holder for use with insert and diamond router tooling.  Not suitable for tools that will need to be removed from the tool holder frequently.

The heat shrink tool holder can be used for either right-hand or left-hand rotation tools.

Special advantages:
Highest concentricity and repeat accuracy ( < 0,003 mm)
Optimum balancing quality
Suitable for HSC- and HPC-machining (especially with PCD-tipped and solid T.C. tools)
Short and slim design.
Custom heat shrink holders and long reach design are available on request.

We offer free tool mounting when ordered with an insert tool or diamond tooling!

Application:
For high precision clamping of tool shanks made of solid carbide or steel. Provides extremely high clamping power and accuracy up to 0.003 mm (0.0001”) on tool shanks made of solid T.C. or steel.  Excellent collet chuck to pair with a replaceable insert tool or PCD (polycrystalline diamond).   This tool holder provides improved surface quality through exact concentricity yielding longer run time and better finish of the cutting tool.

The heat shrink tool holder can be used for either clockwise or counterclockwise running tools.

Special advantages:
Highest concentricity and repeat accuracy ( < 0,003 mm)
Optimum balancing quality
Short and slim design
Cost effective for insert and diamond tools as collets never need replacement.
