For over 30 years, we have been designing custom profile tooling, to include stacked tooling for window and door production at competitive prices and helping our customer’s to realize a reduction in their tooling costs as well as higher efficiencies.
Our program encompasses precision insert tooling for cope, stick, raised panel, outside door edge profiles, moulding and millwork, cabinets, solid surface material, cement fiberboard and fiberglass applications, V-Grooving, lock-mitering, tongue and groove and this list goes on!
Need stacked tooling? We can supply stacked tooling to specifications per your requests. This includes availability of sets with a zero diameter , which allows quick profile changes.
